Refund policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a full refund or exchange.
Because most of our products are personalised (engraved to order), we're unable to refund or exchange an item simply because you've changed your mind or supplied incorrect engraving details. Please check your engraving text carefully at checkout — we email a proof for your approval before we engrave.
Damaged or faulty items: We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 30 days with photos or a short video showing the issue, and we'll sort it out quickly. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email to let you know it has arrived and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Return shipping: To return a product, please post it to Oztrophies, Unit 2/15 McPherson Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted. For valuable items we recommend a tracked or insured service.
