Shipping policy

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when you place an order. This policy applies to every order you place with us.

 

Delivery: We ship Australia-wide at a flat rate of $18.50 per order. All delivery times and dates are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Turnaround: Most orders are made to order, including engraving. We'll confirm timing with you and always do our best to meet presentation-night and event deadlines — if you have a firm date, let us know when you order.

 

Delays: If delivery is delayed for any reason, we'll let you know as soon as possible and give you a revised estimated delivery date.

 

International: We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Local pickup: In-store pickup is available from our Smeaton Grange workshop for any product, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–12pm. Please call ahead before a Saturday pickup on (02) 4648 5777.
