Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery is $20.35 per order, and medals and ribbons ship at a small-items rate of $9.90 per order. Delivery is FREE on all orders of $99 or more. All prices include GST. Standard delivery typically takes up to 7 business days from the time you place your order, including engraving and dispatch. We do not currently offer international shipping.
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. As most of our products are personalised (engraved or printed), we can only offer a refund or exchange on personalised items if they arrive faulty or damaged. Please keep photos or video of any damage so we can help resolve it quickly. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you to confirm and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Custom Engraving & Logos
Most products can be laser engraved (up to 10 lines) and many can include your club or company logo. Add these options on the product page before adding to cart. Adding a logo is $3.30 per item. Matching ribbons, where offered, are $1.14 each.
Club & Bulk Volume Pricing
Ordering medals for a whole team or season? Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout on medals and ribbons: 10 or more saves 5%, 25 or more saves 10%, and 50 or more saves 15%. Quantities combine across any mix of medals and ribbon colours. For larger or custom orders, request a quote.
