FAQ - Shipping, Returns & Engraving

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide at a flat rate of $18.50 + GST per order. All delivery times and dates are estimates only, given in good faith. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for any product from our Smeaton Grange showroom. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 12pm. Please call ahead before a Saturday pickup on (02) 4648 5777.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. As most of our products are personalised (engraved or printed), we can only offer a refund or exchange on personalised items if they arrive faulty or damaged. Please keep photos or video of any damage so we can help resolve it quickly.

Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you to confirm and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom Engraving & Logos

Most products can be laser engraved (up to 10 lines) and many can include your club or company logo. Add these options on the product page before adding to cart. A small logo setup fee applies per item.
